So a little about us: we opened in 1990 many years ago I know! We have a small, modern friendly salon.
We keep up to date on the latest trends and techniques. I encourage all my team to continue learning and educating themselves.
Over the years we have built a great reputation and we pride ourselves on our professionalism, skills and customer service.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
​
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, we appreciate 48 hours notice of any alterations or cancellations.
We do understand that emergencies occur however we do have to pay our staff and our bills.

A booking fee is required for some appointments, this is refundable/transferable if we are given 48 hours working notice - you can manage your booking through your booking email on our app. If you cancel or move your appointment within 48hrs we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.

No-shows are very damaging to our business, so if you do not let us know you will not be attending your appointment we will record you as a no-show and this will affect any future bookings. A no-show fee of 50% of your booking will be charged and no further appointments booked without a booking fee.

We always want to be fair and given enough notice we will always do our best to fill the slot.

Loyalty Points
​
When you have treatments with us, or purchase products you earn loyalty points. You can spend your loyalty points on products only and up to 50% of the value.
